Membership Form

 

 

There are about 319,000  CAI members, 492 local branches and 308 sub-branches.


With these numbers, the Club Alpino Italiano is one of the most numerous associations in Italy.

 

To become a CAI member CAI:


1. you can  go to any local branch

 

2. the local branch will supply you with a membership form, to be filled out in all its parts. The Local Branch Management Committee will then review your application.


3. the membership fees are made up of an admission fee for new members, which entitles you to a membership card, a copy of the Charter, general CAI regulations, local branch regulations and a badge.  You must also pay an annual association fee, which varies according to the category, ordinary, family, youth or minor.  Both the admission fee for new members and the annual fee are established year by year by the Assembly of Delegate’s.  By paying the annual fee by March 31, your membership is automatically renewed.he Local Branch will supply you with the membership form that you fill out and the Local Branch Management Committee will review your application.
